    - Product prices are quoted as ex-works prices, excluding delivery and installation costs.
2. Payment Policy
   - A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.
   - The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before delivery.

   - All orders require 2 to 3 working days for preparation before they are delivered. This includes processing, packaging, and quality checks.

5. Installation Services  
   - Set-up and installation services are available at an additional fee.
   - Fees vary depending on the product and location, these will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
   
   
6. Customer Obligations
   - Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
   - Additional fees due to incorrect information or missed deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.
